Dream Aim Deliver KLG ("DAD", "we") operates dreamaimdeliver.com from Baar, Switzerland. This page explains what data the site collects, why, where it lives, and how to opt out. Every section below describes something the site actually does. No padding.

The short version

  • We run self-hosted, cookie-less analytics. No Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no cross-site tracking.
  • The contact form and the newsletter store your details on infrastructure we operate ourselves, not in a third-party CRM.
  • Three external processors touch limited data, each for one narrow job: Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (bot protection), and Cal.com (call booking, only if you book).
  • You can access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you with one email.

We are the data controller for everything described below.

Analytics: self-hosted Plausible

We use a self-hosted instance of Plausible Analytics to measure aggregate traffic. It runs on our own server. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not build a profile of you. What we see: page URL, referrer, browser family, device type, country (derived from IP, then discarded), and aggregate counts of page views and outbound link clicks.

If you arrive from a printed card or a campaign link, the campaign parameters (utm_source and friends) stay in your browser's sessionStorage for the duration of the tab, so we can tell which channel a visit came from. They describe the link you clicked, not you.

We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party ad or tracking pixel on this site.

Contact form

If you submit the form on /contact, your name, email, company, and message are stored in Listmonk, an open-source contact system we self-host on our own server. Two emails go out: an internal notification to us and an auto-reply to you, both delivered through Resend, our email delivery provider. We use your submission only to reply to you and do not share it with anyone else. We keep it for as long as the conversation stays relevant to active or potential work, then delete it.

Newsletter

The newsletter is double opt-in: submitting your email sends a confirmation link, and your subscription is not active until you click it. Subscribers live in the same self-hosted Listmonk instance, and issues are delivered through Resend. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. If you want your address erased entirely rather than just unsubscribed, email us and it is gone.

Booking a call

The "Book a Call" buttons and the calendar on /contact use Cal.com. If you book a slot, the details you enter (name, email, chosen time) are processed by Cal.com under their privacy policy and land in our team calendar. If you never book, nothing is sent to Cal.com.

Bot protection

The contact and newsletter forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile inspects limited request signals (IP address, browser characteristics) to tell humans from bots. It does not track you across sites. On top of that we rate-limit form submissions per IP address; those counters live in memory on our side and expire within minutes.

Cookies and local storage

We do not set tracking cookies. What exists:

  • dad-country: the ISO country code from your network connection (e.g. DE, US), set so the consent banner can decide whether you need to see it. This is the cookie equivalent of looking at your luggage tag. We never tie it to you, and it does not leave our infrastructure.
  • c15t: your saved choices from the cookie banner, kept in a first-party cookie and local storage. Only written after you interact with the banner or the settings dialog.
  • dad:utm (sessionStorage): campaign parameters from the URL you arrived on, kept for attribution. Cleared when the tab closes.

All of these are strictly necessary for the consent mechanism or basic campaign attribution and fall under the GDPR exemption for that purpose.

For EU and EEA visitors we show a consent banner as a forward-looking commitment: if we ever embed a third-party tool that does use cookies (e.g. a YouTube video), the banner is already in place to gate it behind your explicit choice. Visitors elsewhere, including Switzerland, do not see the banner because nothing on the site currently requires consent. The Cookie settings link in the footer opens the preferences dialog for everyone, banner or not.

Hosting

The site is served by Vercel. Like any host, Vercel processes standard request logs (IP address, user agent) to deliver pages and keep the platform secure. We do not receive or store those logs.

Your rights

Under the Swiss FADP and the EU GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to stop processing it. Email contact@dreamaimdeliver.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Click Cookie settings in the site footer at any time to reopen the preferences dialog and change or withdraw your choices. To leave the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any issue.

Changes to this page

We will update the "Last updated" date at the top whenever this page materially changes.
